The following documents in this login section should help Providers and Therapists for Children with Special Needs get you started and answer most of your questions while you are providing contract services through our agency. Most documents pertain to children who are receiving services through Missouri First Steps. If you are providing services with us through a different entity, such as an SB 40 Board, Department of Mental Health, or a school district, please let us know if you have any questions. These documents are either exact guidance from Missouri First Steps or a summary of their guidance.

If you have questions at any time, feel free to call our office 573-883-8181. We consider questions good so call as often as you need to! Our office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and by email on Fridays. If you have to leave a message, please be sure to leave your first and last name as we have over 350 providers, and we talk to almost 100 service coordinators.
If we have not had a chance to meet yet, I look forward to doing so in the near future.
