, M.Ed. is President of Ability Network. She established the business in 1989. The company has grown from nine providers in the Southeast Missouri area to over 150 providers throughout the state. Leslie's professional experience includes seventeen years as a teacher and principal of students with severe disabilities (five of the years teaching students with autism and other severe behavior disorders); and five years as a Behavior Consultant for toddlers, children and adults who have a developmental disability and display serious behavior concerns. Leslie's primary responsibilities include monitoring current services, initiating and directing special projects, writing a monthly newsletter for providers, and working closely at a state level. Leslie was appointed by Governor Bob Holden to serve on the State Interagency Coordinating Council and is on her second term. Her office hours vary from week to week. is the Business Manager/Vice President of Ability Network. She has an extensive background and education in business administration. Brenda primarily oversees the financial and business portion which includes billing, payments, authorizations, etc. Brenda can be reached from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays. is Referral Coordinator. Gina is responsible for working closely with service coordinators and supervisors of various agencies, She takes referrals from service coordinators and contacts the therapist who will be providing the service.
